Gripping Beast Arab/Muslim figures, a superb range and proof that GB have slipped in quality over the years.
I believe they are by Colin Patten, who has started a new company of what may become the greatest
Dark Age figures ever made. LINK
Excellent paintjob. I have built am building an army now for some time and the quality of GB arab miniatures are somewhat dated. These look okey but are far from "good looking" miniatures.
Dont get me wrong here, you have done a really nice work here. But the base material you had to work with isnt the best.
You have done an excellent job on these, but I'm afraid I have to disagree on the sculpting.
Of late I have been painting both these Gripping Beast Berbers by Colin and the Gripping Beast Poilu by Soapy. The WWI stuff from Soapy is much superior to these older figures.
I also recently painted some of the Viking Villagers from Colin, they are bloody horrible.
Excellent paintjob.

Keep it up, and great work / Jonas

Of course, just my opinion.
Amazing job, colored and beautiful figures!
